Fitness studio marketing
Fitness studio marketing for every kind of gym.
A HIIT studio, a CrossFit box and a 24/7 club all need members, but they sell them in very different ways. Our fitness studio marketing keeps one proven system and shapes it to your model: the offer, the message, the follow-up and the first visit. Pick your gym type to see how.
Gym marketing by gym type Five ways to sell a membership.
Each gym type has its own buyer, its own first step and its own bottleneck. A class studio runs out of spots, a PT studio runs out of trainer hours, and a 24/7 gym mostly runs out of time to answer. Each page below explains how that model usually works and exactly how we set up ads, follow-up and the first visit for it.
HIIT studio marketing
HIIT studios sell a timetable of high-energy classes with a fixed number of spots. We point ads and follow-up at the classes that run thin, build creative from your real sessions and close the gap between a great first class and a second booking.
How we market HIIT studios 02 · Schedule and communityGroup fitness marketing
Group fitness studios fill dozens of classes a week and keep members through instructors and community. We steer bookings toward quiet classes, feature your instructors and move intro-pack buyers toward membership.
How we market group fitness studios 03 · Coached, premiumCrossFit marketing
Affiliates sell coaching and community at a higher price, usually through a free intro and an on-ramp. Everything we run aims at a booked intro with a coach, with follow-up that answers while the owner is on the floor.
How we market CrossFit affiliates 04 · Access-controlled24 hour gym marketing
24/7 gyms sell convenient access, compete with clubs a few minutes away and are often unstaffed for part of the day. We sell location and hours, answer enquiries at any hour and make tours and joining easy from a phone.
How we market 24/7 gyms 05 · High-ticket, one-to-onePersonal training marketing
PT studios sell trainer hours at a high price, and the sale happens in a consultation. We build ads and follow-up to book consults with trainers who have room, with reminders so those consults actually show up.

Plenty of gyms blend models: a box with personal training, a studio with an open floor. Book a free call and Vincent will look at how your gym actually sells memberships.

The system stays the same; the settings change. This is the short version of how we tune it for each model: what you are really selling, the first step we ask people to take, what limits your growth and where interested people most often slip away. Each gym marketing service is then set up around those answers.
| Gym type | What you sell | The first step we sell | What limits growth | Where leads slip away |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| HIIT studio | High-energy classes on a timetable | A first class or a trial week | Spots per class | Between class one and class two |
| Group fitness | A schedule and a community | A first class or an intro pack | Spots across many classes | Between the intro pack and membership |
| CrossFit affiliate | Coaching at a premium price | A free intro with a coach | Coach hours and class size | Slow replies while the owner coaches |
| 24/7 gym | Access at any hour | A tour, a trial pass or joining online | Nearby competition | Enquiries while the desk is closed |
| Personal training | One-to-one time with a trainer | A consultation | Trainer hours | Slow replies and missed consults |
One gym marketing system What never changes.
Whatever your gym type, you get the whole system rather than one piece of it, run together so leads never fall between two vendors. You also get the founder as your strategist, one gym per market so we never work for your competitor, and a first month with $0 in fees from us: you cover only your own ad spend and minimal texting costs. Here is what's included, with the details on each service page.
Meta ads within driving distance
Facebook and Instagram ads shown to people close enough to become members, built around your real gym.
Google ads, where search fits
Added for gyms where enough people nearby search for one, working alongside your Google Business Profile.
A fast website that books
Mobile-first pages built to turn a visitor into a booked intro, a tour or a consult. Usually yours to keep.
Follow-up in minutes
Text, email and voicemail reach every enquiry within minutes, then keep going for weeks.
A first visit that sells
Reminders so people show up, and an intro, class or consult built to end in a membership.
Vincent, the founder
He knows your gym, your numbers and your market, and reports in members who sign and stay.
Fitness studio marketing FAQ Straight answers.
Common questions about how we work with different gym types. The full gym marketing FAQ covers contracts, billing and the free month.
Do you only work with these five gym types?
No. These are the most common models, and many gyms mix them, like a CrossFit box with personal training or a studio with an open floor. If your gym has an existing member base and can fund its own ad spend, we will look at it on the call and tell you honestly whether we can help.
What does every gym type get?
The same core system: Meta ads within driving distance, a fast website, lead follow-up within minutes, reminders and an intro built to sell, and Vincent, the founder, as your strategist. Google ads are added where local search demand makes them worth it. What changes by gym type is the offer, the message and the follow-up.
Is the free month the same for every gym type?
Yes. Whatever your gym type, the first month is free: no contract, no deposit and no upfront cost. Our fee for the first 30 days is $0. You cover your own ad spend, paid straight to the platform and never marked up, plus minimal texting costs. After that it is month to month, and we still work with one gym per market, so the gym down the road can't hire us.
Your first month is on us.
No contracts, no deposits, and our fee is $0 in month one. You cover your own ad spend, paid straight to the platform and never marked up, plus minimal texting costs.
