Gym Grow provides digital marketing services for gyms and fitness businesses, including but not limited to paid advertising, SEO, content creation, email marketing, and consulting. Specific deliverables and timelines are outlined in individual client agreements.
Clients are responsible for providing timely access to accounts, assets, and information needed to perform services. Delays in providing these may impact project timelines.
Payment terms are outlined in individual client agreements. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated. Late payments may result in suspension of services.
All materials created by Gym Grow for a client become the client's property upon full payment. Gym Grow retains the right to showcase work in portfolios and case studies unless otherwise agreed.
Gym Grow is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Either party may terminate services with 30 days' written notice after the initial commitment period. Fees for work completed prior to termination remain due.
While we work hard to deliver exceptional results, Gym Grow does not guarantee specific outcomes such as a certain number of leads, members, or revenue. Results depend on many factors including market conditions, budget, and client cooperation.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
